Work on project commences based on scope of work. Check out our guide for project best practices. See link below.

Add your scope of work, time line, budget, out of scope hourly and custom notes. Include document uploads.

Invoice
When a milestone hits, or you or the IP decide a payment threshold has been reached, the IP submits a new invoice. You pay it. The Sloped auto-pay system handles all payouts.

Match
Sloped selects best IP match. The matched IP reviews the project scope and submits a proposal with any RFI comments.
Negotiations ensue in the portal to finalize the budget, timeline, and scope.

After agreeing to terms, if the project required a deposit an invoice is submitted.
Payment inaugurates the project.

When all work is done and all invoices are paid, you can mark the project closed and then consider starting a new project!

NOTE: The Sloped fee is not assessed as a mark-up on IP hours or submitted invoices. It is established from the total budget agreed upon or the total hourly agree upon. Example: Total Budget = IP Payment (75%) + Sloped Fee (25%). If an IP agrees to work hourly for $40 an hour, Sloped considers that 75% of the total hourly and uses this equation, 40/.75 to arrive at the total hourly of $53.33 where the Sloped Fee is 25% at $13.33 an hour.
